Our all-female team brings warmth, empathy, and years of specialized pediatric training to every visit. Each doctor brings her own strengths, but all share the same commitment: helping children build lifelong confidence in their dental care.
Dr. Jennifer Hoffer, known to her young patients as Dr. Jen, has been caring for children's smiles for more than two decades, combining advanced pediatric training with a naturally calming, nurturing presence. As a board-certified pediatric dentist and a parent herself, she understands both the clinical and emotional sides of helping kids feel safe in the dental chair. Families trust Dr. Jen for her steady, gentle approach, her clear communication with parents, and her ability to make even nervous little ones feel comfortable and cared for.
Dr. Heather Lauer, or Dr. Heather, is known for her warm personality and the kind, patient way she connects with children and their parents. A specialist in pediatric dentistry and a parent herself, she brings empathy and real-life understanding to every visit. Dr. Heather takes the time to explain procedures in simple, reassuring language, helping kids feel confident and parents feel supported. Families appreciate her gentle touch, her thoughtful guidance, and her genuine love for working with children.
Dr. Alina Ricalde, or Dr. Alina, brings a bright, friendly energy to the practice that kids instantly respond to. A board-certified pediatric dentist with additional experience in trauma care and patients with special health needs, she combines advanced skill with a natural ability to make children feel at ease. Many young patients instantly see her as someone who understands them, cheers them on, and helps dentistry feel approachable.
